Holding out

In one of the fastest growing regions in the U.S., clashes between developers and rural holdouts is a common occurance. And although most agree you can't fully stop development (nor would you want to), you can work -- or fight -- to make it better. And at the very least, you have to admire the heart of many holdouts.
